Hi! My name is Ashley. I have a 3 year old son. I work two jobs and go to college full-time. We stay busy most days. I always tell myself I'm doing all of this for my son to have a better life. I try to take him out to do fun things such as go to the park, watch TV together, go out to get ice cream, or just play with toys together. He's always reminding me of how much he loves me.

I work at Olive Garden as a server and have been there for about 7 months now. I also work at CenterHill Childcare as the nightcare assistant director and have been there for about 5 months now.
I also have an amazing boyfriend. We have been together now for 2 years. Looking back on what we have accomplished this past year, I couldn't be more proud of our little family.

I have never taken an online class and this semester I have two online classes. I am honestly a little nervous of the outcome. I always believed when taking an online class a person couldn't learn as much. With this point I am mainly talking about hands on classes, such as Human Anatomy and Physiology. I plan to become an RN and eventually specialize in pediatrics. I've always loved children and love working with them, as that is one of my jobs.

This is me if you have any questions just ask! I'm usually a pretty easy going, laid back kind of person. I believe I'm easy to get along with.

  1. I would say it's definitely harder to learn things in an online class because it largely depends on you and what you're willing to put into it, but it's not impossible.

  2. Hi Ashley! Your blog is very intriguing, and I can relate to you in many ways. I have a two year old daughter and she is my reason to go to school too! I know you can agree that our kids are at a fun age. Also, a very rambunctious age as well. My daughter definitely keeps me on my toes, and it has been extremely hard to juggle school and home, but I know all the stress will pay off in the end. So, I commend you for juggling school, two jobs, and a three year old. It just goes to show how strong you are! :)
