We have learned many things so far in this class from
reviewing subject- verb agreement to reviewing basic grammar. One thing I have
learned so far is to set up a blog. I have never been taught to set up a blog
but love to keep a journal. A blog and a journal is almost the same thing
except for a blog is public. It’s not hard to get set up it’s just easier if
you are showed or even given directions.
A journal is the older version of a blog meaning a pen and
paper. Since these days are practically all digital the blog is the way to go. At
least on the computer there is spell check and grammar check and also word
count. The hardest thing is you can’t watch TV while typing especially with a
deadline.
My question would have to be about the databases in the
library. How often would most people use some of the databases when most people
use Google and can end up with a lot of the same answers? A lot of people us Google for everyday questions
and answers.
